Kaspersky Anti-Virus
avp.exe. What is it?
Avp.exe is a process belonging to Kaspersky Anti-Virus or Kaspersky Internet Security. Avp.exe is developed by Kaspersky Lab. It’s a hidden file. It's normal to have legitimate avp.exe instances running at the same time. One should be listed under SYSTEM and the other under User. A third instance might appear when you are performing a scan.
If you don’t have any Kaspersky products installed on your computer, but see avp.exe running in the Task Manager, it might be a trojan. Download r drive image full crack. Scan your computer with Auslogics Antivirus to make sure it's not infected.
If you are experiencing high avp.exe CPU usage, try updating your Kaspersky Internet Security to the next version.
Recommendation
The avp.exe process is safe, and you can safely disable it. Some other processes use the same file name.
