  1. SD - SD Card Interface SD is the SD host/eMMC interface on the Raspberry Pi. SD host signals are normally used for the microSD slot. These pins are 'SD host' on Alt0 and 'eMMC' on Alt3.
  2. It is logically that 1gb is insufficient (1Gb card formatted is about 870mb real space). I will buy an microSD. Ultra 32GB and use it. I connect practically data lines, D0 to D4, CLK and CMD lines (these are connected to pullup resistors used originally with eMMC), and power lines (power is connected to original eMMC pads).
  3. EMMC and SD both use the same pinout. Driver can distinguish between device type at runtime. In fact, DK-S7G2 has eMMC and SD card slot wired to the same SDHI channel and selection is made with a physical switch on switch array S101. In your application you can control this with some buffers toggled by an IO pin state.

Supply power via the VCC 3.3V and 1.8V pins, and solder the CLK, CMD, and DAT0 pins to an SD Card reader in order to extract the data off the eMMC chip.

Nov 24, 2019 The eMMC solution consists of at least three components – the MMC (multimedia card) interface, the flash memory, and the flash memory controller – and is offered in an industry-standard BGA package. Usage of Realme C1 ISP Pinout: Read/Write EMMC via ISP. Read/Write EMMC via direct connect (EMMC installed in socket). SD cards are based on the older Multi Media Card (MMC) format, but most are physically slightly thicker than MMC cards. They also boast higher data transfer rates. DRM features are available but are little-used. SD cards generally measure 32 mm × 24 mm × 2.1 mm, but can be as thin as 1.4 mm, just like MMC cards.
